Dear Dr. Manny:

 

This morning its pretty cold in Pittsburgh and I have found my nipples to be extremely hard and therefore chaffing when against fabric - And, actually, just in general because they're staying hard so long because of the cold - Even in the shower w/ the hot water running on them - w/ a sore type feeling.

 

Is there anything I can do to comfort this?

 

I don't recall this being like a reoccurring thing for me other than some cold Jan./Feb. days when I was in high school or when I'd wear a football or hockey jersey and run on the beach along the Port Royal Plantation shoreline of Hilton Head Island, S.C. when I was a teenager.
