David Kirsch is cool - I like how he demonstrates everyday healthy habits that the everyday person can do - no excuses.

 

Yeah, I got to hang out w/ David Kirsch a bit this July at the Chateau Marmont in West Hollywood and I found David to be very refreshing - very cool, well mannered, personable, down-to-earth and knowledgeable, thankful and grateful.

 

And, just being around David and seeing how "fit" he is and discussing health, wellness and and everyday lifestyles w/ him, I got my self in better shape by "turning-it-up a notch or two" - and, now, so many people notice the shape I'm in and tell me how good I look - that does feel good - And, in general, I fell better, have more endurance and energy and feel good in clothes I want to wear.
