P.L.E.A.S.E. (Pittsburgh Lends Emergency and Saving Efforts)
is a group of civic, business and media organizations, and
concerned people who have banded together to make this
benefit concert happen.
All Mellon Arena lots will offer free parking for this
event.
Volunteers will be on hand to collect toys for the children
who have lost everything in the hurricane. Please bring new
toys to donate.
80% of proceeds wil go to the Responding to Hurricane
Katrina campaign of the American Red Cross. And 20% will go
to the Pittsburgh Red Cross to support the Pittsburgh
area's continuing recovery efforts from 2004's Hurricane
Ivan.
