(recording studios live venue, rock & roll B&B, skatepark, etc..) owned by Liz Berlin of Rusted Root and here husband, Mike Speranzo (musician and Pro Am Skateboarder) - And I spoke w/ the people who worked w/ him and his people and they said 50 cent was very business-like, professional and easy-to-work-with
